On the 31 May 2024 GB Endurance Athlete Paddy Doyle achieved another career historical milestone of 850 strength speed stamina fitness challenges and World Records, spanning 11 different sporting disciplines. Final results - Sprint duathlon challenge 7 km cross country speed march (40lb backpack) , 16 km mountain biking,off road & cross country (40lb backpack), 11 km cross country speed march (40lb backpack). In an overall combined time of 3 hrs. 38 min. 12 sec. Venue - Claverdon Village permanent footpaths , bridleways & country lanes. Warwickshire UK.

Paddy Doyle - 800th World Record

On the 2 August 2023 Paddy Doyle (GB) achieved a career total of 800 documented fitness endurance challenges and World Records 
involving 10 different physical sporting feats. Venue - Rowington Village footpaths, Heart of England Way footpath and Grand Union Canal towpath. Warwickshire UK.

Paddy Doyle (GB) achieved a road / lane half marathon (13 miles. 192. 5 yards) carrying 120 lb backpack in 3 hrs. 35 min. 48 sec. On 24 April 2024. Venue - Claverdon Village Warwickshire UK. Beating previous World Record Holder Mike Buss (GB) time of 7 hrs. 32 min. Which was set in London in 2004.


Paddy Doyle set a new World Record for the most strict step ups on a 15 inch bench (feet fully flat on bench) carrying 100 lb backpack in 2 minutes. Final total 46. Venue - Stamina's Self Defence Boxing Gym, Holly Lane, Erdington Birmingham UK. 16 August 2012.

Paddy Doyle (GB) set the World Record for the most strict press ups carrying 60 lb backpack, final total 47 in 1 minute, achieved on 4 July 2011. From 31 July 2010 - 31 July 2011. Paddy Doyle (GB) beat the most strength speed stamina records set in a calendar year previously held by Paul Woodland (GB) who achieved 29 Physical Fitness Records. Paddy Doyle completed 48 fitness endurance records. Final record completed was at BBC TV Studios, Mail Box, Birmingham City Centre UK. 


Paddy Doyle (GB) beat Shaun Mc Daniels (USA) World Record of 24 back of hands push ups in one minute carrying 120 lb
backpack. Paddy Doyle achieved 28 in one minute. Venue - Stamina's Self Defence Boxing Gym , Holly Lane, Erdington

On the 31 July 1990 GB Endurance Athlete Paddy Doyle completed 1,328 strict one arm push ups (using both arms) in 30 minutes.

The most one arm push ups in 1 hour (using both arms) was 2,521 achieved by Paddy Doyle (GB) on 12 Feb 1996. Venue - Stamina's Self Defence Boxing Gym, Holly Lane, Erdington Birmingham UK. Verified by club students, martial arts Instructors / judges. 


On the 22 Feb 1991 Paddy Doyle set his 13 documented career fitness endurance challenge record  at Fox Hollies Leisure Centre Birmingham UK. 

Strength Fitness Challenge (10 second change over between each discipline). 117 sit ups in 5 minutes holding a 50lb steel plate on his chest, 260 strict squats in 5 minutes.

340 squat thrusts in 5 minutes (clearing two lines of half body height) , weight lifted 9000 lb (free weights) in 5 minutes, 400 metre run / walk carrying 40 lb backpack in 1 min. 40 sec , 800 metre run / walk carrying 40 lb backpack in 2 min. 58 sec , 100 metres carrying 116 lb bag of coal in 30.05 sec , 400 metres carrying 116 lb bag of coal.

Verified and marshalled by officials from the British Amateur Weight Lifters Association, West Midlands Police Force, Birmingham City Council qualified fitness Instructors.
